The Winged Wonderland only ships within Australia. Standard delivery usually takes between 2-14 business days (express options are available). However, please allow 1-5 business days for order processing. Some items are made to order and there may be additional processing time to make sure your product is of the highest quality. We will endeavour to get your product to you as fast but as safe as possible.
If your delivery address was entered incorrectly please contact us at thewingedwonderland@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can rectify the issue. If your package has already been posted we do not take responsibility and can not make any changes. It is your responsibility to make sure your address is correct at time of purchase and you will need to work with Australia Post directly to rectify the issue.
Please ensure you choose a safe location and address for delivery. We do not take responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by Australia Post. Please take the necessary steps to ensure your parcel is safe after delivery and if missing please contact Australia Post directly.
If your parcel is taken to Australia Post for pick up it is your responsibility to collect it in the allotted timeframe. If a parcel is returned to the sender you will need to pay additional shipping costs for us to resend your order.
Australia Post timing can change throughout the year, we do not accept responsibility for delivery delays due to Australia Post once the parcel has left our studio.
